I’m not a classical consultant.
I don’t come with a sophisticated method of marketing concept or other fixed business school to put over your company.
As a former CEO of bigger size mnufacturing entities I know how it feels, when the consultant
leaves and the team is a bit lost to apply efficiently what he demonstrated.
I’m coming with experience in responsible roles for achieving results and improvements by numerous consultancy programs.
But now I’m coming with dedicated time to support and manage the role out until it works.
